- In Recognition Of
- My Mom passed away two years ago at the young age of 86. Up to 10 days before she died she was bowling in two Senior leagues (who traveled to Vegas or Laughlin every 6 months) and she ran the Bingo at her church every Friday for over 25 years. She taught me that age is only a number and she lived life to the fullest. She was a compassionate woman with a great sense of humor. She was Mom to 12 children, Grandma to 28 and Great Grandma to 16. She was a friend to hundreds more.
- Quotable Quote
"Treat people the way you want to be treated"
The older I get the more important that becomes because what goes around comes around. I admire those who care for and befriend Seniors. We have so much to learn from our elders.
