Why should this person be nominated? (What makes nominee unique; why should they be selected the winner of this category?
Julie is the Administrator for approximately 40 employees at Kaiser. Her employees are mainly responsible for making sure the admitted patients in the hospital have a safe discharge. 80% of those patients are our Senior population and over 50% of the time they have very complicated discharges. She has an open door policy and is a hands on Administrator. She is very Ethical, Caring and Fair in her decisions. She is always avaiable to her staff to assist them in making the best possible decision for the Seniors Safe discharge from the hospital

What is this nominee’s involvement in senior care or senior issues
I have been in the Healthcare field for 0ver 40 years and I have experienced many Administrators in my past. Julie is one of the most fair, ethical, honest, and hard working Administrators that I have had the priviledges to work with. She has an open door policy and listens to her staff's concerns and suggestions on how to make patient care better. She demenonstrates by her actions that she has the patients and her employees best interest in mind by the descions she makes.
