What role does your nominee have in senior care and senior care issues?
Dr. Sabahi is not the typical California doctor, he goes above and beyond with every patient that he sees. He personally looks and contact the resources need for each one of them. He sees every one, no questions regardless of insurance. If they can't pay, he doesn't ever takes anyone to collections. He said " I love to care for all the patients regardless of income level, I see every one the same way. I can't have anyone not having care". He even has gone to the point of providing assistant, covering medications, Home Caregiver Services and other economic services for elderly seniors or patients that can't afford it.
He has assisted more indigent pts with Acute care needs than anyone other in LA County. Imagine 10-20 a day for 356 days a year without reimbursement ! (He works 7 days per week) That's 3500 to 8000 pts a year. That's more than most Doctors see that are paying pts. This Doctor hands down has assisted the Long Beach and surrounding area for greater than 20 years. Now that's a impact Doctor ! Before the affordable care act took place 30% of his clients had no insurance and he never denied a consultation to any patient. He even goes to the point of covering medications for seniors or patients that can't afford it.
In his spare time, he likes to farm. He has a 5 acres farm that produces fruits and vegetables and he donates all the food to the food banks of Corona, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa CA.
Dr. Mojtaba Sabahi serves as a primary care provider for seniors and adults. He diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions, including cross-system illnesses that may affect multiple organic systems. Dr. Sabahi may also refer patients to a specialist when required. For example, patients with diabetic complications may be referred to an endocrinologist for further treatment.
