Nicole has been a compassionate, caring and a wonderful LVN-Charge Nurse for 6 years, working with those with Alzheimer's and Dementia.Nicole works directly with the residents of Silverado.

Silverado has the privilege to honor Nicole by nominating her in recognition of her devotion and skills and love provided to the vulnerable population affected by memory impairment diseases. Nicole Sanchez is always proactive and talented; she goes above and beyond providing quality nursing care to ensure resident’s well being and to bring a smile to their face.
A family member once said “My loved one was having a bad day, getting agitated and refusing his blood drawn by a Lab technician. I remember seeing Nicole going into my dad’s room, she sat down next to him, held his hand and took some time to very gently and kindly talk to my Dad, with the patience of an ANGEL and she was able to calm him down and get his lab work done.” Family members always give many loving sentiments and heart warming feedback about Nicole and they feel comfortable knowing that their loved one is cared by Nicole. Many have said she has such a kind heart and a loving spirit about her, that residents enjoy being in the presence of Nicole. She uses her wonderful sense of knowing how to work with our very special population and has a deep relentless devotion, caring, understanding and skills as a charge nurse to truly enrich the lives of our residents.
Nicole is so special to Silverado and such a valuable associate, she truly is one of a kind and is so very deserving of this special award and recognition.
